TERMS & CONDITIONS

KAF Sports Group Pty Ltd (“KAF Sports Group”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides sports clinics, camps, mentorship programs, and related events both within Australia and overseas. By registering, paying for, or attending any KAF Sports Group program, you (“the participant” or “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

1.1. All payments made to KAF Sports Group are non-refundable, except under the following condition: a full refund may be granted if requested in writing (via email) within 48 hours of the initial payment. After this period, refunds are strictly non-refundable.

1.2. If you enter into a payment plan, you are obligated to complete all payments by the agreed due dates. Failure to complete payments will result in forfeiture of your booking and any payments already made. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

1.3. Refunds will not be issued due to changes in personal circumstances, including (but not limited to) illness, injury, change of mind, or inability to attend.

1.4. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to events outside of our control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, weather events, pandemics, strikes, travel restrictions, or other “Acts of God.”

2. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

2.1. Participants are solely responsible for arranging and maintaining valid visas, passports, travel documents, vaccinations, insurance, and any other requirements necessary to travel to and attend our camps, clinics, or events.

2.2. KAF Sports Group will not be liable for costs, delays, or losses resulting from failure to obtain the required documentation.

2.3. Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to the designated port of departure chosen by KAF Sports Group for group flights or travel. For example, if the departure port is Los Angeles (LAX), participants must arrange and cover their own transportation to LAX, even if they reside in another city or country. KAF Sports Group is not responsible for any costs, delays, or missed connections related to travel to or from the designated departure point.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

3.1. Participation in sports and mentorship activities involves inherent risks of injury, loss, or emotional impact. By attending our clinics, camps, and programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

3.2. KAF Sports Group, its directors, employees, contractors, mentors, facilitators, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, damage, or expenses sustained during participation, travel to/from, or attendance at our programs, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

3.3. Participants are solely responsible for obtaining comprehensive travel and health insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations, and personal property.

4. CONDUCT AND DISMISSAL

4.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.

4.2. KAF Sports Group reserves the right to remove any participant from a camp, clinic, or event without refund if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or damaging to others or property.

5. PROGRAM CHANGES

5.1. KAF Sports Group reserves the right to make changes to schedules, locations, coaching staff, mentors, or program content where necessary.

5.2. If an event is postponed, your registration will be transferred to the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be provided due to rescheduling.

6. MEDIA RELEASE

6.1. By participating, you grant KAF Sports Group permission to use photographs, videos, and other media of you taken during our events for promotional and marketing purposes, unless you notify us in writing before the event.

6.2. For participants under 18 years of age, consent for media use is deemed to be provided by the parent or guardian.

7. GOVERNING LAW

7.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

7.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

8. NON-COMPETE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1. All training methods, materials, programs, and content provided by KAF Sports Group during clinics, camps, or events remain the intellectual property of KAF Sports Group.

8.2. Participants (and their parents/guardians, where applicable) agree not to reproduce, share, or use any part of KAF Sports Group’s programs, materials, or concepts for the purpose of operating, promoting, or assisting a commercial sports training program, clinic, or camp that competes with KAF Sports Group.

8.3. Participants agree that they will not, either directly or indirectly, organise, promote, or participate in the establishment of a commercial sports program, clinic, or camp that is in competition with KAF Sports Group, for a period of 12 months following their last participation in a KAF Sports Group event, without prior written consent.

8.4. This restriction applies within Australia and any international locations where KAF Sports Group operates.

9. MENTORSHIP, ADVICE, AND INDEMNITY

9.1. As part of certain KAF Sports Group programs, participants receive mentorship, education, and advice from mentors, facilitators, coaches, and team members engaged by KAF Sports Group.

9.2. All mentorship, guidance, and advice provided are intended for general educational and developmental purposes only. They do not constitute professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

9.3. Participants are responsible for how they choose to interpret, apply, or act upon any advice, strategies, or opinions shared during the program.

9.4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAF Sports Group, its directors, employees, contractors, mentors, facilitators, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or consequence arising directly or indirectly from reliance on mentorship or advice provided through our programs.

9.5. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAF Sports Group and its representatives against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise as a result of actions taken (or not taken) based on such advice or participation in any mentorship or educational component of the program.
